“After a lifetime of being heavy, three consecutive pregnancies did me in for good. I slowly started to exercise again, eat healthier, and drink my Shake. Although I had been participating in ChakIris’s classes for years, I finally committed myself to really working hard at it as well as following his nutritional advice.
